The Texas Community College Instructional Administrators Association (TCCIA) sponsors an annual conference in June. This conference provides a great opportunity to renew personal and professional relationships, receive updates on issues affecting community college instructional programs, and continue to develop leadership skills and expand the knowledge of instructional administrators. This conference is designed for all instructional administrators, including division chairs, deans, and vice presidents. TCCIA co-sponsors the Texas Community College Instructional Leaders Conference in the fall. This conference is a collaboration of TCCIA, TACTE, and TACE. This conference addresses areas of interest to all instructional administrators. Workshops, sessions, and keynote speakers will address special issues of interest in transfer, workforce, developmental, and continuing education. The collaboration between TCCIA, TACTE, and TACE increases professional development opportunities for all instructional administrators across Texas.
